Handmade Classic Mandrake Root Figurine

This is the Mandrake in its purest form — just the root, just the character, just the gaze. No accessories, no props. Nothing to distract from what matters: the way it sits, the way the folds of root-skin gather around its small arms, and those amber glass eyes that find you wherever you move in the room.

The body is sculpted entirely by hand from premium polymer clay. Every wrinkle, every vein-like groove, every subtle ridge along the surface is shaped individually — the same way a real root grows, with its own logic and its own stubbornness. The surface is aged with dry pastels to give depth to the texture: shadows settle into the creases, warmth rises where the root-skin catches light.

The leaf crown at the top is made from thin sheets of polymer clay, each leaf individually formed and tinted. They hold their shape permanently — they will not wilt, will not dry out, will not yellow with time.

The lower roots trail down freely. They give the figure a sense of life and weight, as if it has just pulled itself up from the earth and chosen this particular spot — your shelf, your desk, your windowsill — to sit for a while and keep an eye on things.

Each Classic Mandrake is made individually for one person. No two are identical — the character that emerges during sculpting belongs to that Mandrake alone.
