Keeper of the garden's health and ancient remedies
He is responsible for the wellbeing of every plant in the garden — and is deeply respected by all the other Fluffies for it. He never goes anywhere without his notebook of observations, and his satchel holds a few carefully copied recipes and healing ingredients.
In his paw the Healer carries a quartz crystal. They say a healing power is sealed within it. He also never forgets a small vial of soil from Sherwood Forest — he sprinkles it around the old oaks so they remain strong and mighty.
At home in the velvet dark of the evening garden
This Fluffy loves to rest in the darkening velvet of the evening garden. And since spring twilight can still be rather chilly, he wraps himself in a warm cloak that shimmers with stars.
Naturally he always brings a cup of tea — so that sitting on the garden bench feels all the cosier. His staff is topped with an unusual lantern: a glass crystal crowned with green leaves.
Gatherer of dew from flowering meadows at dawn
At daybreak this Fluffy collects dew on the flowering meadows and in the oak groves. It may be all that moisture that turned his wool so wonderfully curly.
The pure fresh drops he seals into the crystals on his staff, which later become magic gems. He also carries a beautiful glass orb — through it he often gazes thoughtfully at the first rays of the sun rising through the mist.
Guardian of the first spring sprout — and a good omen
Inside the glass orb that this Fluffy always carries on his staff lives the very first spring sprout. It is said that if the sprout stays green until the next spring, it is a good sign — all endeavours will flourish. So the Keeper's mission is of the utmost importance.
In his paw he holds a plump little root, and judging by the bloom that has opened on it, it belongs to a wild woodland strawberry.
Learning the ancient art of growing extraordinary plants
He is mastering the art of cultivating unusual plants — helping the gnome Botanist in his great greenhouse and learning from his wisdom. A very hardworking and kind little Fluffy.
Of all his studies, the thing that comes most naturally to this small forest spirit is growing Mandrakes. One of them — still a tiny seedling — sits in a terracotta pot right beside the Apprentice.
